¿Who are we?

Your hosts are Miranda and Giles, a lively young couple, who live and work on Rancho Huerta Del Batán.

Miranda is from Holland. She has worked in America and Spain and has been riding since she was a young girl. Miranda is fluent in English, Dutch, German and Spanish.

Giles is in his mid 40's, and spent his young years working at stables in Yorkshire in the UK before joining the Army. Although he has previously run stables in Southern Spain, it has been his life-long goal, and that of his wife Miranda, to have their own ranch.Giles speaks English and Spanish, he is a member of the Andalucian Equestrian Federation and is to participate in Spanish Endurance (R.A.I.D) Competition.....

They are both horse lovers with between them over 40 years of experience of owning and riding horses, and are lovers of the countryside - who know this part of Spain so well, including the routes to ride, the folklore and the traditions of Andalucia, a place full of the living heritage of the horse.

They will ensure that you have a holiday which you will always remember with special affection.
