We have 12 horses,
who are all very fit, healthy, very well cared for and well schooled.
Each horse has a different personality and we always try to match each
rider with the right horse.
Our horses stand
between 14.3 hh and 16 hh with a good appearance and will carry you with confidence and sure
footedness through the Andalucian terrain.
Our horses are the

Fulanito
IV PRE. El macho.........!!
Evita Speedy Evita is a Thoroughbred Spanish cross who is happiest to
keep going for the day……a registered endurance horse - and a registered
horse in the world of owner's love….!
Nieves Gorgeous spunky Spanish X Arab (Hispano-arab) mare who loves her job and makes heads turn everywhere she goes !
She is very light to ride and never needs any encouragement to keep
going and with her proud stallion like appearance, she gets noticed
everywhere she goes.....
Chilches
Chilches was named after the village he came from on the east Málaga
coast, where he used to be kept in one of the front rooms of a village
house! His life changed completely when he came to us and after a
nervous start he now takes great pleasure in his work and is a forward
solid ride. As many smaller horses do, he feels very important and thinks
he is safe-keeper of the herd....... he has the biggest heart and is right up front all the way around !
Sirocco
Our beautiful chestnut gelding…..named after the “wind of the desert” because he “flies over the ground” as fast and smoothly as the wind…….Sirocco
is a Spanish "3 sangres" or Anglo-Hispano-Arab, combining the best
attributes of these breeds and he is a great ride !
Shakira
A stunning mare of immense presence and natural collection. Shakirah
came to us after having suffered a less fortunate life and she didn't
trust people very much. Now she is the biggest cuddler in the paddock
and has produced a stunning colt: Shakhan. Shakira is an excellent
lead horse and very brave with both Lusitano and Spanish blood in her
veins !
Tío Pepe
Still very young, with bags of character and all the charm of a
beautiful proud Spanish horse. He grew up in the Malaga mountains
and has only just started his work with us. He is a quick learner
and pretty brave. He needs a gentle and sensitive rider. You will be
proud to ride him !
Almendrita
Almendrita means "little almond" and she is a lovely "3 sangres"
chestnut mare. Smooth forward ride and great temperament an all round
talented horse whom you will easily fall in love with....
Supersticioso
He is a true Spaniard, relaxed and smoking a cigar whilst walking
through the countryside and taking everything in his stride. He has
a great trot and canter and is as solid as a rock.
A horse full of the blood of Spain……An Andalucian horse in looks and performance……beautiful
!
Lucera
Born and bred on the premises and despite her "spoilt up-bringing", in work she finds so much to occupy and develop herself……..she
will have a go at anything and doesn't tire easily.......a
fun ride !
Bolero
Bolero, the son of Nikita and Regalito, learning his work with zest and enthusiasm….He
is now working under the saddle and very soon will be available to
confident riders.
Shakhan
Son of Shakira.....He is being finalised for his job
and going great. He is a gorgeous dark bay, with his mom's
confirmation but softer temperament....willing and forward.
Our retired stars :
Nikita
Nikita, our proud ex-army mare, who has served us so faithfully for
8 years is now retired in the local area. She has been a fanastic
horse and a great confidence giver to many of our guests in the past....
She gave us Bolero,
son of local celebrity horse "Regalito", who passed away in 2009,
after a colourful life with many Highschool performances in Coín !
Pepsi
Pepsi started work with us when she was just 4 years old and has
been a great worker ever since. In July 2011 we sent her for
retirement to Holland to spend the rest of her days being looked after
Miranda's nieces Nelleke and Anne, who love riding her and who will
make sure she will have a lovely life, not being idle mind you, but
having to work less hard. She has been a tremendous mare for us
working hard for 10 years straight and she deserves it ! She is
gorgeous and has given many people great rides over the years.
Bolero´s father 'Regalito' with his owner & trainer José
Rodriguez of Centro Hípico "El Rocío" in Coín.
Our horses are the holiday. We are sure that you will be impressed by the fitness, willingness and lightness of our horses. The Spanish horse has been a favourite for hundreds of years….and they won’t let you down !
